This project includes an extensive remodel of a warehouse to convert to a research and development center. The building is the largest electric vehicle charging station in North America to charge its growing fleet of self-driving vehicles. Project features include 48,000sf of new R&D systems to support autonomous vehicle solutions, new open office and engineering spaces, a café, conference and huddle rooms, and new PG&E upgrades to support the addition of 8MW of new power to the site necessary to create fast charge solutions for the full electric vehicle fleet.
