Sonoma State Stevenson Hall Wins Two DBIA-WPR Awards

Truebeck recently attended the Design-Build Institute of America: Western Pacific Region (DBIA-WPR) Annual Conference and Awards program. This four-day event offered insightful technical sessions, networking opportunities, and the time to connect with both new and familiar faces. The event culminated in the annual reception and awards dinner. Here, some of the year’s most noteworthy projects were honored.

Truebeck is thrilled to share that Truebeck’s Sonoma State University Stevenson Hall Project was awarded not one, but two DBIA-WPR awards: the Design-Build Innovation Award, and the Design Excellence Award.

Innovation Award recipients exemplify the principles of interdisciplinary teamwork, innovation and problem solving. They “break new ground” in their approach and accomplishments. Design Excellence projects achieve an owner’s overall aesthetic and functional vision through outstanding design.

We had a wonderful time celebrating groundbreaking design-build projects, and the people behind them. Thank you to Pete Caputo, Sr. Vice President; Nicole Mestice, Sr. Estimator; Jessica Mills, Project Executive; and Scott Tarr, Sr. Project Manager; for representing Truebeck, and congratulations to the entire project team!
