Truebeck Wins One Community Health Project in Sacramento

Truebeck is pleased to announce that our Sacramento office has won the One Community Health project. The project involves renovating two existing buildings: 3540 Kings Way (42,000sf) and 1507 21st Street (66,825sf) into medical office buildings.

This project aims to create patient-focused spaces that are modern, calming, welcoming, and reflective of One Community Health’s mission to provide access to under-served parts of the community. These spaces will also meet OSHPD 3 requirements for primary care clinics and require major Title 24 updates. The two medical office buildings will include exam rooms, staff offices, break rooms, restrooms, lactation rooms, check-in spaces, nurse triage rooms, a Behavioral Health division, a Radiology division, new elevators, MEP & life safety upgrades, and a non-compounding pharmacy.

This is a Design-Build project that will be completed with Perkins & Will and Architectural Nexus, Inc. Construction is estimated to begin in February of 2025.
