Truebeck Announces Completion of Hamilton Families’ New Main Office

Truebeck Construction, an industry-leading commercial general contractor, announces the completion of the Hamilton Families’ new main office at 2567 Mission Street in San Francisco.

Truebeck’s latest interiors project is a 15,000sf workplace tenant improvement (TI) for Hamilton Families, a nonprofit service provider dedicated to ending family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. The project was a collaborative effort with Phillips Win Architecture and Equity Community Builders.

This $2.6 million project involved consolidating Hamilton Families’ two separate Housing Services and Administrative offices into one cohesive main office. The extensive interior remodel of the building’s four levels included reconfiguring its spaces to better serve the organization’s needs. The project encompassed significant structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) work, ensuring a functional and welcoming environment.

The new office features a clientele family service center, open and private office spaces, conference rooms, supportive spaces, and a kitchenette. These improvements are designed to enhance the operational efficiency of Hamilton Families and provide a supportive space for staff and clients alike utilizing trauma-informed design.

Truebeck is honored to contribute to Hamilton Families’ mission to end family homelessness. Their pioneering and nationally-recognized programs, specialize in providing shelter and transitional housing in times of need, supporting the wellbeing of children and youth who experience homelessness, and quickly returning families to safe and stable housing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
