A ground-up 26,000sf three-story steel structure was constructed to LEED Silver standards to house medical office tenants. The building is a warm shell with the HVAC equipment and mechanical distribution shafts. The core build-out included elevators, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and tenant shelled space. The work includes site improvements on a 1.25-acre site that was occupied with medical office trailers. The project was sequenced in multiple phases to allow for continuous access to the medical office trailers and parking during construction.
