BayHealth is a joint venture supporting the affiliation between UCSF Health and John Muir Health, with a focus on ambulatory care site development, service line alignment, and clinical and system integration. Truebeck led preconstruction from schematic design through buyout for the interior build-out of a vacant shell space that included an Ambulatory Surgery Center on the ground floor of the Berkeley Outpatient Center, three OSHPD-3 operating rooms and one procedure room, a new Linear Accelerator with enclosure, new CT, and a critical water upgrade that includes new medical gas, medical air, and vacuum service installation.
