The vision for this high-quality, first-class life science building is to share amenities and conveniences with the main ACLS campus, while continuing to expand and foster both innovation and community in the surrounding area. This project includes the construction of a three-story building for future lab and office tenants. Extensive sustainability elements include pursuing LEED Gold and an
all-electric building.
