Vaxcyte is a next-generation vaccine company seeking to improve global health by developing superior and novel vaccines designed to prevent or treat some of the most common and deadly infectious diseases worldwide. This life science project includes the tenant improvement of a 1  floor lab and office to accommodate Vaxcyte’s Headquarters (relocated from Foster City). The interiors include approximately 55% lab space and 45% office space. The project also includes wet lab space, a cold room, a BSL2 lab, analytical lab and radioactive lab.
