This in-progress project—a partnership between Truebeck and CBRE—includes an extensive remodel of a warehouse to convert to a research and development center. The building will be the largest electric vehicle charging station in North America to charge its growing fleet of self-driving vehicles. Project features include 96,000sf of new R&D systems to support autonomous vehicle solutions, new open office and engineering spaces, a café, conference and huddle rooms, new PG&E upgrades to support the addition of 9MW of new power to the site necessary to create fast charge solutions for the full electric vehicle fleet.
