Truebeck Construction is proud to announce the Truebeck Foundation’s 2025 non-profit recipients. The Foundation will distribute $147,000 in funding to organizations that align with its mission to improve educational opportunities for underserved youth impacted by socio-economic disparities.

The Truebeck Foundation, a 501(c) non-profit, reflects the firm’s dedication to corporate responsibility, community engagement, and youth education. Proceeds from Truebeck’s annual charity Golf Tournament at the Half Moon Bay Golf Links help fund these initiatives. The grant recipients include:

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo: Five years of scholarship support for students in the building design, construction, and real estate programs.

California State University, Chico: Scholarships for construction management or civil engineering students, with a preference for those in the MESA Engineering program, which serves underrepresented groups.

CREATE Mentoring: Support for this Construction Industry Education Foundation (CIEF) program that introduces students to career opportunities in the built environment.

Eastside College Preparatory School: Two scholarships: a four-year commitment for first-generation students from low-income families preparing for college, and a two-year scholarship for a junior interested in construction management or civil engineering.

Ever Forward Club: Funding for mental health workshops and scholarships at high schools in Truebeck’s core regions: San Mateo, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Portland.

Society of Women Engineers, Golden Gate Section: Support for the K-12 Outreach Program and scholarships for women pursuing engineering degrees.

San Jose State University: A two-year commitment funding five scholarships for civil engineering students.

Ashanti Branch, Founder and Executive Director of the Ever Forward Club, expressed gratitude for the Truebeck Foundation’s support: “We are so thankful to the Truebeck Foundation. Their support has allowed Ever Forward Club to reach thousands of students in Truebeck’s communities with our life-changing Taking Off the Mask workshop—recognized by the U.S. Surgeon General as improving youth mental health. Thanks to the Truebeck Foundation, we will remind thousands more students that they are not alone.”

Kathy Reiner, CFO of Truebeck Construction, emphasized the company’s commitment to making a lasting impact: “We are thrilled to announce the Truebeck Foundation’s 2025 grant recipients. These gifts reflect our ongoing dedication to providing educational opportunities for underserved youth and fostering the next generation of leaders in construction and engineering.”
