The build-out of the existing 249 East Grand building included labs, vivarium, offices, server space, and support spaces. The lab areas of the first and second floor include a NMR room, reagent and compound storage rooms, and chemistry lab. A mass spec lab and biology lab with a tissue culture lab space and freezer room was also part of the floors’ facilities. A vivarium suite includes features such as holding rooms and procedure rooms with wash, receiving, staging, and storage rooms. The remaining square footage was devoted to a state of the art fitness center, break rooms, conference rooms, and office space.
